The website blocker is a small box which easily connects to your home router

This box is a DNS server (Domain Name Server) and is configured to allow or block websites from being 'resolved' or looked up. Lists of sites or individual websites can be easily added to allow or block lists. By default advertisiments, adult content and known malicious sites are blocked.

Setup requires you to add an IP(s) to the DNS list in your router. The DNS box can be maintained by anyone with the password. Along with the ability to allow or block individual sites. The DNS box can be setup so that if you unplug the power; you will surf the net as usual. Plug it back in and within minutes you will be blocking millions of sites again!

Or possibyly the opposite. You thought about buying a media server. Well these small computers run on secure digital cards (camera and phone cards). I could program a second sd card. Card 1 turns your pine64 into a DNS website blocker, card 2 turns it into a Kodi media center. Card 3 could be a fully functional desktop computer system like ubuntu. A desktop pc from a box the size of a deck of cards.
